SUBMISSION Guideline

  • Authors must submit a three-page ABSTRACT for review.

  • Submitting full papers after authors are notified of acceptance to the conference is optional. Full paper submissions are required only for authors who want to be considered for best paper awards, which will be competitively selected by the Paper Review Committee.

  • All submissions to the APTA 2019 Conference must be original work not yet submitted to any other publication prior to the conference. (Authors are free to publish submitted work after the conference.)

  • Submissions must be written in English and prepared in MS Word (2007 or later). Pdf files of abstracts or full paper will not be accepted.

  • All submissions should be free of grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors.

  • The conference proceedings will be distributed on Flash Drives without ISSN at the APTA conference. It is our principle that conference proceedings will include three-page abstracts in order to avoid potential plagiarism issues since authors may publish similar papers in other journals. However, it is still possible for authors to indicate on the submission website that they prefer to have their Full Papers included in the conference proceedings. In these cases, full papers will be included. (However, please be aware of the potential for plagiarism issues).

FORMAT Guideline

  • Caution! 

       All the abstract and papers should follow the format guideline.   Submissions without proper format will be

      returned. Please Use the provided template.

  • Abstract must be typed and formatted for A4 size/Letter size. One inch margin (2.54 cm) all around.

  • Single spaced with 5-spaced paragraph indentation.

  • Body content: Times New Roman 12-point.

  • Body text must be aligned to the both sides.

  • Figures/tables are centered and placed where they are referenced in the text. Table captions are placed above the tables. Figure captions are placed beneath the figures.

  • Reference must be listed by APA style.  List the author’s names exactly as written in the source cited (Please do not list references as footnotes at the end of each page) 

  • Page Limit: Abstracts are limited to three, single-spaced pages and must have the title of the paper centered at the top and include introduction, method, findings, implications or conclusion, and a list of references (Reference list are not included in the three-page limit)

  • A cover page with the author’s information is NOT necessary. Authors will be asked to directly enter this information on the submission website.

  • Full papers should be limited to twenty single-spaced pages (MS Word only) including references.
